Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 22, 2026

Tiny Concepts helps curious minds explore questions through visual and audio explanations. This policy explains what information we use, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Who we are

Tiny Concepts is operated by Tiny Turns AI Studio Private Limited, India. In this policy, Tiny Concepts, we, us, and our refer to this company and service.

For privacy questions or requests, email tinyconcepts@tinyturns.ai.

2. Information we collect

We collect information needed to personalize, operate, and protect Tiny Concepts.

Profile information

We collect the profile name and age provided by the user. A profile name may be a nickname.

We use age to adapt the complexity and presentation of explanations. We do not use age for advertising or cross app behavioural profiling.

Authentication information

Users can sign in through Sign in with Apple or a mobile number.

For Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple account identifier and any name or email information the user chooses to share through Apple. Apple may provide a private relay email address when the user chooses Hide My Email.

For mobile number sign in, we process the mobile number, authentication identifiers, verification status, and account status. One time verification codes are used to confirm access.

Questions and learning activity

We process questions submitted to Tiny Concepts, generated explanations, animations, images, narration, saved or liked content, feedback, and learning history.

Please do not include a full name, contact details, school name, address, password, precise location, or other private information in a profile or question.

Subscription information

Apple processes payments. We may receive the selected plan, product identifier, subscription status, transaction or receipt identifier, renewal date, expiration status, and similar information needed to provide and restore paid access.

We do not receive full card or bank account details from Apple.

Technical and support information

We process app version, general device and operating system information, crash information, error information, performance information, security logs, and request logs.

When someone contacts support, we process the information included in the message and any attachments provided.

Device permissions

If a user chooses to save a generated image, iOS may ask for permission to add that image to the photo library. We use this permission only to perform the requested action and do not collect the rest of the library.

3. Website cookies and tracking

The Tiny Concepts website does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or cross site tracking technologies.

Tiny Concepts does not sell personal information. We do not show targeted advertising or create cross app advertising profiles.

4. How we use information

We use information for the following purposes.

  1. To create and authenticate accounts.
  2. To personalize explanations using the age provided.
  3. To generate and deliver visual and audio explanations.
  4. To save learning history and preferences.
  5. To provide complimentary access and paid subscriptions.
  6. To apply monthly concept allowances and restore purchases.
  7. To moderate questions and maintain a safe experience.
  8. To investigate errors, misuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  9. To answer support and privacy requests.
  10. To comply with law and apply our Terms of Use.

5. Generation providers

Tiny Concepts uses specialized generation and infrastructure providers to create visual and audio explanations.

Before generation, Tiny Concepts separates account information from the generation request. Providers do not receive the profile name, mobile number, email address, Apple account identifier, Tiny Concepts account identifier, subscription information, or exact age.

Tiny Concepts derives a nonidentifying complexity instruction from the age provided. A generation request contains only the filtered question, the nonidentifying complexity instruction, and the technical instructions needed to create the explanation.

Questions that appear to contain personal identifiers are blocked or filtered before generation.

Providers process generation requests only to supply and protect the requested service under their applicable terms and our arrangements with them. Tiny Concepts does not use questions for advertising.

6. Moderation and safety

Every question passes through safety checks before generation.

Our safeguards are designed to identify and block requests that appear harmful, exploitative, sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, dangerously instructive, or designed to bypass safety controls. No moderation system can identify every new attempt.

Tiny Concepts reviews reported issues and updates its safeguards when new bypass methods are discovered. Users can report a concern through the app or by emailing tinyconcepts@tinyturns.ai.

7. Service providers and legal disclosures

We use service providers for generation, cloud hosting, storage, authentication, error monitoring, reliability, Apple subscription management, and customer support.

These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their service. We require them to protect information and use it only for agreed purposes.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person, investigate misuse, respond to a valid legal request, or protect our legal rights.

If Tiny Concepts is involved in a financing, reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

8. Explore

Explore shows only approved explanation animations.

Explore does not show the original question, profile name, mobile number, email address, Apple account identifier, Tiny Concepts account identifier, who asked the question, or when it was asked.

Questions and learning history remain part of the private account experience. Before an explanation animation is published in Explore, it passes moderation and is permanently separated from the account and direct identifiers.

Once an approved animation has been published in this deidentified form, Tiny Concepts may continue to display it in Explore, including after the originating account is deleted. The animation is not used to identify the user and cannot reasonably be linked back to the account.

Users can report an inappropriate or inaccurate animation through the app or by emailing tinyconcepts@tinyturns.ai.

9. Use of the service

Tiny Concepts is a broad learning service for curious minds. We collect the age provided by a user only to personalize explanations.

Where applicable law requires authorization or supervision from another responsible person, the service should be used only with that authorization and supervision.

The person responsible for an account may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with that account. We may verify authority over the account before completing a request.

10. How long we keep information

We keep profile, account, question, generated content, and learning history information while the account is active or as needed to provide the service.

After account deletion, we generally delete or remove identifying links from account information in active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups are removed through ordinary backup cycles, generally within 90 days.

An approved Explore animation may remain after account deletion only when it has already been permanently separated from the account and can no longer reasonably be linked to a person.

Security and diagnostic records are generally kept for up to 90 days. Records connected with an active incident may be kept until the incident is resolved.

Closed support records may be kept for up to 24 months. Transaction, tax, fraud prevention, and legal records are kept for the period required by law or while a dispute is active.

We may retain other information that has been changed so it can no longer reasonably be linked to a person.

11. Access, correction, and deletion

Depending on applicable law, a user may request access to information, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of information, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

To make a request, email tinyconcepts@tinyturns.ai. We may verify control of the account before completing the request. We respond without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law.

An account can be deleted in the app through Profile, then Delete My Account.

Deleting a Tiny Concepts account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Apple subscriptions can be managed at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

When an account created through Sign in with Apple is deleted, Tiny Concepts will revoke the associated Sign in with Apple authorization as required by Apple's account deletion process.

12. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy.

We investigate security incidents and provide notices to affected people or authorities where required by law.

13. International processing

Tiny Concepts is operated from India. Our providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual or other safeguards designed to protect information during international processing.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version and effective date will always be available at https://www.tinyconcepts.in/privacy.

If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will take any additional steps required by applicable law.
