Tiny Concepts is operated by Tiny Turns AI Studio Private Limited, based in India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what controls you have when using our apps and services.

• Profile and preference data: display name, age, and similar preferences.
• User-created content: prompts, generated content, saved or liked content, feedback, and conversation history.
• Purchase and subscription data: plan status, product identifiers, and transaction or receipt identifiers.
• Diagnostics and technical logs: crash and error logs, request metadata, app version, and device/app environment details needed for reliability and support.
• Permissions-based data: when you use features that save generated images to your device photo library, or when OS-level media/audio permissions are required for playback behavior.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to provide and improve the service, including: account access, personalization, content generation and delivery, subscription and billing operations, safety and abuse prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and customer support.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us run the app, such as cloud infrastructure, authentication, analytics/error monitoring, payment and subscription processors, AI providers, and support tooling. 5. Third-Party AI Processing

To generate visual explanations and narration, we send your question text and age preference to Google's Gemini AI service for processing. Google processes this data to generate content and does not use it to train AI models.

6. Data We Do Not Use for Advertising Profiles

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for cross-app behavioral advertising profiles.

7. Account Controls

Tiny Concepts is a personalized learning app. The account holder manages the profile and settings. If you need access, correction, or deletion support for account data, contact us at tinyconcepts@tinyturns.ai.

8. Data Retention

We retain data based on category and purpose. In general, account and service data is retained while your account is active. We may retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, chargeback/dispute handling, and legal compliance where required.

9. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion:

• In-app: Profile > Delete My Account
• If you cannot access the app, email tinyconcepts@tinyturns.ai from your registered account details.

We process deletion requests without undue delay, generally within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate security and fraud prevention purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

We may process data in countries other than where you live, including through service providers. When we do, we take steps designed to protect data in line with applicable laws.
