Terms of Use

Effective date: August 22, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Tiny Turns AI Studio Private Limited. In these Terms, Tiny Concepts, we, us, and our refer to this company and service.

By creating an account or using Tiny Concepts, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Apple's standard end user licence agreement also applies when Tiny Concepts is downloaded from the App Store. These Terms govern the Tiny Concepts service, accounts, content, complimentary access, and subscriptions.

1. Using Tiny Concepts

Tiny Concepts is a visual learning service for curious minds. A user provides a profile name and age, asks questions, and receives personalized visual and audio explanations.

Users can authenticate through Sign in with Apple or a mobile number.

If a person is not legally able to agree to these Terms in their country, Tiny Concepts should be used only with the authorization and supervision required by applicable law.

Keep authentication codes secure and provide accurate account information. A profile name may be a nickname. Do not submit full names, contact details, school names, addresses, passwords, precise locations, or other private information in a profile or question.

2. Complimentary access

New users may receive a limited complimentary concept allowance so they can experience Tiny Concepts before choosing a paid plan.

The current complimentary allowance is shown in the app. Tiny Concepts may change the allowance offered to future users without changing these Terms. A change does not remove concepts already credited to an account unless required to address misuse, fraud, or a technical error.

After the complimentary allowance is used, a paid plan is required to generate additional concepts.

3. What Tiny Concepts provides

Tiny Concepts turns questions into visual and audio explanations. It uses the age provided to personalize the complexity and presentation of an answer. It may also save content and learning history and provide an Explore experience containing approved explanation animations.

Tiny Concepts is for general learning and curiosity. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, emergency, or safety advice. Important information should be checked with a reliable source or qualified professional.

4. Accuracy and visual presentation

Tiny Concepts is designed to provide accurate explanations and visuals. We continually improve the quality and precision of generated content.

Minor visual issues may occasionally occur. A label, annotation, leader line, part placement, arrow, or visual sequence may be misplaced even when the main explanation remains correct.

Information about very recent events may depend on available knowledge, source availability, or search availability. We work to keep time sensitive explanations as current as reasonably possible.

Users can report an accuracy or visual issue through the app or by emailing tinyconcepts@tinyturns.ai.

5. Moderation and safety

Every question passes through safety checks before generation.

Our safeguards are designed to identify and block requests that appear harmful, exploitative, sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, dangerously instructive, or designed to bypass safety controls. No moderation system can identify every new attempt.

Tiny Concepts reviews reported issues and updates its safeguards when new bypass methods are discovered.

6. Fair use

Users must not do the following.

  1. Submit private information about another person without authorization.
  2. Attempt to bypass moderation or safety controls.
  3. Request or share exploitative, sexual, violent, hateful, abusive, illegal, or dangerously instructive content.
  4. Threaten, bully, impersonate, deceive, or invade another person's privacy.
  5. Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
  6. Probe, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service without permission.
  7. Use Tiny Concepts to build or train another commercial AI service without written permission.
  8. Use the service unlawfully or encourage another person to do so.

We may block a request, prevent publication, remove content, or restrict access when reasonably needed for safety, quality, law, security, or repeated misuse. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support.

7. Questions, generated explanations, and Explore

Users keep any rights they have in questions, feedback, or other content they submit.

Subject to applicable law and to the extent rights exist, Tiny Concepts gives each user a worldwide, royalty free, nonexclusive permission to use, save, reproduce, adapt, display, share, publish, and distribute explanations generated for that user's account for any lawful purpose.

Users give Tiny Concepts a worldwide, royalty free, nonexclusive permission to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and moderate submitted content as reasonably needed to operate, protect, support, and provide Tiny Concepts. Users also give Tiny Concepts permission to reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and make available generated explanations for those purposes. These permissions allow our service providers acting for us to perform those functions.

This permission includes making an approved and deidentified explanation animation available to other users in Explore without charge. Tiny Concepts does not publish the original question or use this permission to identify the user publicly.

Before an explanation animation is published in Explore, it passes moderation and is permanently separated from the account and direct identifiers. The permission to display that deidentified animation continues after account deletion, to the extent permitted by law, because the animation can no longer reasonably be linked back to the user.

As between the user and Tiny Concepts, both may use a generated explanation under the permissions in these Terms. These permissions do not change ownership of the Tiny Concepts app, software, design, branding, or underlying technology.

We may decline to publish or may remove an animation for safety, quality, accuracy, policy, or legal reasons.

8. Tiny Concepts ownership

Tiny Concepts, including its app, software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors.

We give each user a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable right to use the service for lawful personal or family purposes while these Terms apply.

Except where law permits or these Terms expressly allow, users may not copy, sell, licence, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service or branding without written permission.

9. Subscription plans

Tiny Concepts offers two monthly subscriptions through Apple's App Store In App Purchase system.

Tiny Explorer

Tiny Explorer provides up to 25 concepts during each monthly billing period.

The current United States price is US $4.99 per month. The current India price is ₹499 per month. In other countries, Apple displays and charges the localized price shown before purchase.

Tiny Scientist

Tiny Scientist provides up to 50 concepts during each monthly billing period.

The current United States price is US $9.99 per month. The current India price is ₹999 per month. In other countries, Apple displays and charges the localized price shown before purchase.

A concept is counted when a requested explanation is successfully generated and made available in the account. A failed request that does not deliver an explanation does not reduce the allowance.

The allowance resets at the start of each monthly billing period. Unused concepts do not roll over and cannot be transferred to another account.

10. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Apple charges the Apple Account that confirms the purchase. Each subscription renews automatically every month until canceled.

Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Apple subscriptions can be managed at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Deleting the app or Tiny Concepts account does not cancel Apple billing.

Apple handles payment, plan changes, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund decisions under its terms and applicable consumer law.

The Subscription Terms form part of these Terms.

11. Plan and service changes

We may improve, add, remove, or discontinue features. We will not intentionally remove paid access already owed during an active billing period without providing the remedy required by law or Apple's rules.

If a price changes, Apple or Tiny Concepts will provide notice or obtain consent where required.

We may change future monthly concept allowances with reasonable notice. A change will not reduce the allowance already provided for an active paid billing period.

12. Account restriction

We may restrict or suspend access to protect a person or the service, investigate misuse or security issues, comply with law, or address a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a support route.

13. Support and account deletion

For account access, subscriptions, concept allowances, privacy, safety, accuracy, or technical support, email tinyconcepts@tinyturns.ai.

An account can be deleted in the app through Profile, then Delete My Account.

Deletion removes the profile and associated personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Tiny Concepts generally completes deletion from active systems within 30 days. Ordinary backup deletion cycles may take up to 90 days.

An approved Explore animation may remain available after account deletion only if it was permanently separated from the account and can no longer reasonably be linked to the user before deletion.

If the app cannot be accessed, the account holder can email support from the registered account details. We may verify control of the account before deletion.

Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions can be managed at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

When an account created through Sign in with Apple is deleted, Tiny Concepts will revoke the associated Sign in with Apple authorization as required by Apple.

14. Service commitments

We work to keep Tiny Concepts accurate, useful, safe, and available.

Temporary interruptions or minor visual generation issues may occasionally occur. To the extent permitted by law, Tiny Concepts does not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms removes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be removed.

15. Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tiny Concepts is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities.

To the extent permitted by law, our total responsibility for claims relating to Tiny Concepts will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for Tiny Concepts during the 12 months before the relevant event or US $50 in local currency equivalent.

These limits do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where responsibility cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right or responsibility that law does not allow us to limit.

16. Law and resolving problems

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rights in a user's country, disputes will be handled by courts having lawful jurisdiction in India.

Before filing a claim, please email us with a short description. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. This does not prevent urgent relief or use of a consumer or regulatory process available by law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version and effective date will always be available at https://www.tinyconcepts.in/terms.

If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription or a right protected by applicable law, we will take any additional steps required by applicable law or Apple's rules.

18. General terms

If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.

We may transfer these Terms as part of a financing, reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or sale of the service, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

19. Contact
