Subscription Terms

1. Complimentary access

New users may receive a limited complimentary concept allowance before choosing a paid plan.

The current allowance is shown in the app and may change for future users. After the complimentary allowance is used, a paid plan is required to generate additional concepts.

2. Tiny Explorer

Tiny Explorer provides up to 25 concepts during each monthly billing period.

The current United States price is US $4.99 per month.

The current India price is ₹499 per month.

In other countries, Apple displays and charges the localized price configured for that App Store country or region.

3. Tiny Scientist

Tiny Scientist provides up to 50 concepts during each monthly billing period.

The current United States price is US $9.99 per month.

The current India price is ₹999 per month.

In other countries, Apple displays and charges the localized price configured for that App Store country or region.

4. How concept allowances work

A concept is counted when a requested explanation is successfully generated and made available in the account.

A failed request that does not deliver an explanation does not reduce the allowance.

The allowance resets at the beginning of each monthly billing period. Unused concepts do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to another account.

The app displays the remaining allowance. If a technical problem causes an incorrect count, email tinyconcepts@tinyturns.ai.

5. Billing and renewal

Apple charges the Apple Account that confirms the purchase.

The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.

Apple displays and charges the localized storefront price. The price may reflect local currency, taxes, and Apple pricing adjustments.

Apple handles billing, receipts, renewals, and payment method issues.

6. Cancellation

Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Deleting Tiny Concepts, deleting the Tiny Concepts account, or stopping use does not cancel Apple billing.

7. Changing plans

Apple handles changes between Tiny Explorer and Tiny Scientist under its subscription rules.

The effective date and any charge or credit are shown by Apple before the change is confirmed.

8. Trials and offers

If Tiny Concepts offers a trial or introductory price, the purchase screen will show eligibility, duration, and the price charged afterward.

Unless canceled before an offer ends, the subscription continues automatically at the displayed monthly price.

9. Refunds

Apple decides and processes refund requests under its policies and applicable consumer law.

Refund requests can be submitted at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.

10. Plan or price changes

Tiny Concepts may change future plan features, allowances, or prices.

We will provide notice or obtain consent where Apple or applicable law requires it. A change will not reduce an allowance already provided for an active paid billing period.

11. Changes to these Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The latest version and effective date will always be available at https://www.tinyconcepts.in/subscriptions.

If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription or a right protected by applicable law, we will take any additional steps required by applicable law or Apple's rules.
